ABOUT US - Welcome to the RSB Dance family
The Reigate School of Ballet and Commercial Dance provides children with a safe and nurturing environment to grow, not just as dancers, but also confident individuals for life. Our primary ethos is giving everyone opportunities to perform and learn, and ensuring all children learn to love dance, and have the confidence to say "I CAN DO IT". For parents, we are extremely approachable and friendly and this continues through into our classes. We give everyone the opportunity to sample classes before a commitment is made with 3 Free Trials as standard to all new pupils AND pupils who wish to try another dance discipline.
With the widest choice of ballet classes for children and adults in the area, we offer complete all-round dance and performing arts training for children from 18 months to adult. The school has been established for over 50 years, and has a strong reputation for teaching excellence. With classes in ballet, tap, commercial street, modern, tap, musical theatre, contemporay, toddler dance, acro and adult dance and fitness, our extensive programme caters for children of all abilities, with further classes for those wishing to take their dance training further. Ballet influences most western and commercial dance forms, and we recommend pupils try to continue their ballet for as long as possible.
With highly experienced and qualified staff, ranging from Royal ballet trained teachers, past and current West End performers, TV / international experience, educational-based teachers and musicians (all of whom are D.B.S. certified), our teachers want to pass on their knowledge and experience to all children.

The children are most welcome to try a few lessons at the Reigate School of Ballet before making their decision. This is without any obligation. Only once this decision has been made would we require the term's fees. We also have the same approach with our dance uniform. We suggest the children try out the classes in a dressing up outfit or sports wear and bare feet. Again, once the decision to stay has been made, you can purchase the uniform.
We also teach ballet and/or jazz in various local schools:
• Reigate St. Mary's School
• Reigate Parish School
• Holmesdale School
• Reigate Priory School
• St. John's School
• Sandcross School
• Wray Common School
